The rooms, divided over different buildings, form a reconstruction of the most important parts of the town: The rooms are located in different thematic areas of the hotel and divided into several buildings, recreating the most significant parts of the town: the Main Street, the cabins outside the town, The City Hall hotel, abandoned railway wagons and the new The Callaghan's building.

The hotel offers different types of rooms and cabins also. Cabins can accommodate a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people and are equipped with kitchen.

For an additional fee, guests may make use of the gyms of PortAventura Hotel PortAventura and PortAventura Hotel Caribe Resort and their spa areas, which include jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. The spa area of the PortAventura Hotel Caribe Resort also features a heated indoor pool.
